This page is intended to receive complaints, reports of suspicions or actual knowledge of transgressions that are occurring or may occur as a result of acts or omissions practiced in the context of the activities of the company Wiseg Mediación de Seguros, Sucursal em Portugal.
By submitting this complaint, the complainant expressly declares that he/she reasonably believes that he/she is reporting real facts at the time of the complaint.
In the case of complaints that are not related to the activities of Wiseg Mediación de Seguros, Sucursal em Portugal, they may not be considered for investigation purposes. In this case, the complainant will be duly informed of this decision, without prejudice to the secrecy and confidentiality regimes.
In the case of reports of acts or omissions that may constitute the commission of public or semi-public crimes, as defined by law, their content may be forwarded to the competent authorities, in which case we may be called upon to collaborate under the duty of cooperation, without prejudice to the applicable secrecy and confidentiality regimes. Complaints received through this website will be kept, in accordance with the law, for a period of no less than 5 (five) years.
