Specific information on Alternative Dispute Resolution arising from Online Contracting

Without prejudice to the possibility of resorting to Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, whenever there is a situation of contracting carried out exclusively online (via the Internet), the consumer disputes arising from this can be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

This platform, managed by the European Commission and free to use, is aimed at consumers who contract exclusively online (via the Internet) and is intended to help them resolve disputes without having to go to court.
