How to book the medical check-up?
Once you choose the clinic or private centre, call them directly to book the Multicare Vital Check Up, mentioning the code (for example VF5). The code will be in your email. The email works as a medical prescription and is valid for 120 days.
What if I want to make a check-up before 180 days?
Medical check ups have a waiting period of 180 days. But if you choose to make them in any Hospital da Luz, this period drops to 120 days. If you still want to do a medical check-up before the 180 days for instance a doctor prescribed you with a special diagnose exam, you can make it but because we are still inside the waiting period, will be charged at convenient prices.
