Director and Co-Founder of C1 Broker. With consolidated experience in the sector, she previously worked for more than 12 years as director of TVT Seguros, the exclusive agency of Zurich Spain and DKV Seguros. Her greatest passions in the insurance world are customer relationship processes, CRM, process automation and optimisation, innovation and digital development. One of her main areas of interest is the insurtech movement and how traditional mediation can adapt to digital change.

She has a PhD in Communication Sciences in New Technologies (University of Coimbra, Portugal), a Master’s Degree in Insurance and Finance (UDIMA – Madrid – Spain), a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and a Master’s Degree in Tourism Business Management from the University of La Laguna (Tenerife – Spain).
